1. Who this is for

The Ohio Deal Room shows investment properties to registered members only. By creating an account or viewing deals, you agree to these terms.

2. Keep it confidential

Deal details, addresses, numbers and photos are shared in confidence. Please don't copy, repost, forward or share them without written permission.

3. No guarantee

Information comes from sellers, public records and our own estimates, and it may be incomplete or wrong. Verify everything yourself, including rents, repairs, taxes, zoning and condition. Rent and return figures are estimates, not promises.

4. Not an offer

Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation. Properties may be sold, withdrawn or changed without notice.

5. Off-market deals

Access to off-market deals requires a signed exclusive agreement with Reafco.

6. Brokerage

Blake Park is a licensed real estate agent with Reafco Real Estate. Nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice; talk to your own advisors.

7. Your information

We collect your name, email, phone and what you view, to run the Deal Room, contact you about deals you ask about, and improve the site. We do not sell your information. We share it only with providers who help run the service (for example email, hosting and sign-in) and when the law requires it.

8. Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emails.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Using the site after an update means you accept it.
