Blake Park is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Ohio affiliated with Reafco (together, "Blake Park," "we," "us" or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect when you visit this website (the "Site"), communicate with us or use our services, how we use and share that information, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. We collect information you choose to give us, including when you complete a contact form, request a home valuation, submit a home search questionnaire, schedule a consultation, subscribe to updates, or communicate with us by phone, text or email. This may include:

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number and mailing address;

  • Property information, such as the address, type, condition and features of a home you own or are considering;

  • Home search preferences, such as price range, preferred neighborhoods, timeline, home type and must-have features;

  • Financing information you choose to share, such as whether you are pre-approved or plan to pay cash; and

  • Any other information you include in messages, comments or appointment requests.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our website platform and analytics tools may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies, as described in Section 6.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from third parties such as scheduling tools, multiple listing services, public property records, referral partners, or other real estate professionals involved in your transaction.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the real estate services you request;

  • Prepare comparative market analyses, home valuations and property searches;

  • Schedule and confirm consultations, showings and other appointments;

  • Send you listings, market updates, newsletters or other information you have requested;

  • Connect you with lenders, inspectors or other service providers when you ask us to;

  • Operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site and understand how visitors use it;

  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, license law requirements and brokerage recordkeeping obligations; and

  • Protect against fraud, unauthorized use or other illegal activity.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Our brokerage. With Reafco, the brokerage with which Blake Park is licensed, as required to provide services, supervise transactions and maintain records.

  • Service providers. With companies that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, form processing, appointment scheduling, email delivery, customer relationship management and analytics. These providers may use your information only as needed to perform services for us.

  • Transaction participants. With parties involved in your real estate transaction, such as cooperating agents, lenders, title and escrow companies, inspectors and appraisers, to the extent needed to complete the transaction or when you ask us to make an introduction.

  • Legal requirements. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena or court order, or is necessary to enforce our agreements or protect the rights, property or safety of our clients, ourselves or others.

  • Business transfers. In connection with a change in brokerage affiliation, merger or transfer of business assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

  • With your consent. In any other situation where you have given us permission.

4. Phone Calls, Text Messages and Emails

By providing your phone number or email address through the Site, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your inquiry and related real estate services. We will not send you automated marketing text messages without your express consent, and consent is never a condition of receiving services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the link in the email or contacting us directly. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Websites and Tools

The Site contains links to, and embedded features from, third-party websites and services, including property search portals, scheduling tools, mapping services, review platforms and rent estimate tools. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies and terms, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies before providing them with any information.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small data files stored on your device. The Site and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working properly, remember your preferences, understand how visitors interact with the Site and measure the effectiveness of our content. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent, and you can delete cookies that have already been set. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting; because there is no common industry standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, no website, internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or wire instructions through the Site's forms or by unencrypted email.

Wire fraud warning: We will never ask you to wire funds or change wiring instructions by email or text. Always verify wiring instructions by calling the title company directly at a phone number you have independently confirmed.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining transaction records required by Ohio license law and brokerage policy, resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you;

  • Ask us to correct or update inaccurate information;

  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep; or

  • Opt out of marketing communications.

Residents of certain states may have additional rights under their state's privacy laws, and we will honor those rights as required.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Fair Housing and Accessibility

We are committed to compliance with all federal, state and local fair housing laws and to making the Site accessible to all users. If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Site, please contact us and we will work with you to provide the information you need.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
